Products & Availability

We make every effort to accurately display our products, including colors, designs, dimensions, descriptions, and photographs. Because screens and photography may vary, actual colors may differ slightly from what you see online.

Product availability and quantities are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders when necessary.

Preorders

Items marked as preorder are not currently ready for immediate shipment. Estimated arrival and shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree that the item will ship at a later date.

Preorder purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Promotional, launch, or presale pricing is available only during the stated promotional period or while the promotion lasts. Once a promotion ends, we are not required to honor the previous promotional price.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, or product availability.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Heritage House of Mahjong is not responsible for carrier delays or other shipping delays outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

Returns & Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Heritage House of Mahjong purchases are final sale.

Intellectual Property

All Heritage House of Mahjong branding, logos, original tile artwork, product designs, graphics, photographs, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Heritage House of Mahjong and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Personal Use

Our products are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce, manufacture, copy, or commercially use any Heritage House of Mahjong design or artwork.

Limitation of Liability
