We hope you love your Heritage House of Mahjong purchase as much as we loved creating it.

Preorders

All preorder purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Because preorder items are produced specifically based on demand, orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded once placed.

Estimated arrival and shipping dates are provided in good faith but may be affected by manufacturing, freight, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Final Sale

Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, all Heritage House of Mahjong purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any damage. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Damage caused by normal wear, improper care, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Heritage House of Mahjong is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
